Vaughan is where a very large share of the GTA gets married. Woodbridge alone holds more banquet halls than most cities have restaurants, and a Saturday in June will see several hundred-guest weddings starting within a few kilometres of each other. That is lovely for choice and difficult for logistics.

RAO runs chauffeur-driven wedding cars across Vaughan: Woodbridge, Kleinburg, Maple, Concord, Thornhill and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. The price is fixed before the day, there is no weekend or holiday surcharge, and the chauffeur is briefed on the timeline rather than handed an address.

Where we pick up in Vaughan

Woodbridge banquet halls
The Highway 7 and Regional Road 27 corridor, including Da Vinci Banquet Hall, Presidente Banquet Hall, L'Azzurra and Venu Event Space. On a busy Saturday several of these run back-to-back events, so arrival timing and the drop-off door both matter.
Kleinburg village
The Doctor's House and the surrounding heritage streets. Narrow village roads and limited parking, which is a real consideration when the car is a stretch rather than a sedan.
Maple
Including the Leo and Sala Goldhar Conference and Celebration Centre. Straightforward access from Major Mackenzie and Keele.
Thornhill
Home and synagogue pickups through the south of the city, close to the Toronto border.
Concord and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre
Hotel pickups for out-of-town guests and wedding parties staying near the subway terminus.
Churches and places of worship citywide
We plan the ceremony-to-reception leg around the actual service length, not a guess.

What a Vaughan wedding booking includes

The vehicle is reserved for your block of hours, not shared. The same chauffeur stays with you for the whole booking, so nobody has to re-explain the plan halfway through the afternoon.

  • A chauffeur briefed on the full timeline: pickup, ceremony, photographs, reception.
  • The car cleaned and staged before it leaves us, not on the way to you.
  • Ribbon and interior presentation on request. Tell us the colours when you book.
  • A fixed all-in price agreed in writing, with no weekend or holiday surcharge.
  • Child seats at $30 each where the wedding party includes young children.

How the day usually runs

Most Vaughan weddings we drive follow the same shape. The car arrives at the getting-ready address early, well before the time on the schedule, because the photographer will want it in frame and because nobody has ever complained about a car being early.

From there it is the ceremony, then the gap that everyone underestimates: photographs. Kleinburg and the McMichael grounds, the Vaughan trails, and the older streets around Maple all get used for photos, and the drive between the photo location and the hall is the leg most likely to run late.

The reception drop-off is the part worth planning properly. On a busy Saturday on Highway 7 several halls are letting guests in at once, and the difference between arriving calmly and arriving flustered is usually five minutes of planning rather than five minutes of driving.

How many vehicles a Vaughan wedding needs

The honest answer is fewer than most people are sold, and occasionally one more than they planned.

One car covers the couple. A second usually covers the immediate wedding party, and that is where a Sprinter earns its place: thirteen people in one vehicle keeps the group together and arriving at the same moment, which two sedans cannot promise on a Saturday on Highway 7.

For guest shuttles between a Vaughan hotel and the hall, the Sprinter is again the sensible unit. It is also the only way to guarantee the last guests leave when the hall closes rather than when a rideshare accepts the trip.

Which car for a Vaughan wedding

The car is a decision about photographs as much as transport. It will be in a significant number of the images from the day.

  • Rolls-Royce: the classic wedding flagship, and the one most requested for Kleinburg and the heritage settings.
  • Mercedes-Maybach: quieter, more modern, and the choice when the couple wants presence without a vintage look.
  • Stretch limousine: for the wedding party rather than the couple, and still the traditional pick for a group of ten.
  • Luxury Sprinter: up to thirteen, for the party or for guest shuttles between hotel and hall.

What changes the price

We quote against the actual day rather than publishing one figure, because a three-hour Kleinburg ceremony and an eight-hour Woodbridge wedding with a hotel shuttle are not the same job.

  • The number of hours the car is held, and whether it is continuous or split across the day.
  • Which vehicle, and whether the wedding party needs a second one.
  • How many separate locations the car has to work through between the ceremony and the reception.
  • Whether guest shuttles are part of the booking.

What does not change it

There is no weekend surcharge and no holiday surcharge. A Saturday in July is quoted the same way as a Wednesday in March, which for weddings matters more than it sounds, because almost every wedding is on the day that other companies charge extra for.

There is also no peak-season surcharge between May and September, which covers most of the Vaughan wedding calendar.

Booking a Vaughan wedding car

Wedding dates go early, and a specific vehicle on a specific Saturday in summer goes earliest. If you have the date and the hall, that is enough to get a quote and hold a car.

Send us the date, the getting-ready address, the ceremony and reception venues, and roughly how many hours you expect. The quote comes back the same day, nothing is charged when you book, and the details can be adjusted as the plan firms up.

About Vaughan

Vaughan sits immediately north of Toronto and has grown into one of the busiest wedding markets in Ontario. Woodbridge is the centre of it, with a concentration of large banquet halls along Highway 7 and Regional Road 27 that can each seat several hundred guests.

The rest of the city offers a very different kind of wedding. Kleinburg is a heritage village with narrow streets and small, characterful venues. Maple and Concord sit between the two in scale. Thornhill runs along the Toronto boundary and often means a ceremony in one municipality and a reception in another.

That spread is why a Vaughan wedding car is a planning job rather than a driving job. The distances are short. The Saturday traffic on Highway 7, the parking at a heritage venue, and the timing between three locations are what actually decide whether the day runs calmly.

Vaughan questions

Do you serve the Woodbridge banquet halls on Highway 7?

Yes, that corridor is one of our most frequent wedding runs. Tell us the hall when you book and we will plan the arrival around its schedule, because several of them run more than one event on a Saturday and the drop-off door is not always the front door.

Can a stretch limousine get into Kleinburg village?

Yes, but it is worth a conversation first. Kleinburg has narrow heritage streets and limited parking, and for some addresses a Rolls-Royce or a Maybach is the more practical car even before you consider how it photographs.

How many hours should we book the car for?

Most Vaughan weddings book between four and eight hours. A ceremony and reception at the same venue can work in four. A separate ceremony, a photo location, and a reception across the city usually needs six or more once photographs run over, which they generally do.

Is there a surcharge for a Saturday or a long weekend?

No. There is no weekend surcharge, no holiday surcharge, and no peak-season surcharge between May and September. The wedding date does not change the rate.

Can you shuttle guests between a hotel and the hall?

Yes. The thirteen-passenger Sprinter is the usual answer for guest shuttles, and it is worth booking if a meaningful number of guests are staying near the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre or in Concord and the reception runs late.

Do you decorate the car?

Ribbon and interior presentation are available on request. Tell us the colours when you book. We do not attach anything that risks the paintwork or the photographs.

What happens if the ceremony runs late?

It usually does, and the plan accounts for it. Your chauffeur stays with the booking rather than leaving for another job, and we would rather build the buffer into the quote than have you watching a clock on your wedding day.

Can the same car do the ceremony and the reception if they are in different parts of Vaughan?

Yes, and that is the normal arrangement. A Thornhill ceremony and a Woodbridge reception is a routine pairing for us. The car stays with you for the whole block of hours.

How far ahead should we book a wedding limo in Vaughan?

For a summer Saturday, as early as you have the date. Vaughan is a dense wedding market and the Rolls-Royce in particular goes first. If your date is set and the hall is booked, that is enough for us to quote and hold a car.

Do you cover Maple and the Goldhar Centre?

Yes. Maple is straightforward for access from Major Mackenzie and Keele, and the Goldhar Conference and Celebration Centre is one of the venues we drive to regularly.

Can we see the actual car before the wedding?

Ask when you book. We would rather you saw the vehicle than a stock photograph, and for a wedding it is a reasonable thing to want.

What if we need a second car closer to the date?

Tell us as soon as you know. A second vehicle is usually possible, but on a summer Saturday in Vaughan the availability is genuinely limited, so earlier is better than closer.
